try this as an appetizer (my CEO's "invention") next time tou have guests over for dinner: It's simple, quick, and after years of serving it, everyone I've seen try it has loved it:
- Preheat the oven to 200ºc (390º F).
- Take a round Camembert cheese from its wrapper and place it on a round pyrex.
- Sprinkle some Oregano on top of the cheese.
- Take some virgin olive oil and pour on the cheese. Don't be shy.
- Place the pyrex with the prepared cheese in the oven.
- Cook for about 10-15 minutes; you'll know it's time to take it out when you see the top of the cheese bulge upwards.
- Pierce a hole throught the top, spoon out the melted interior and serve on you favourite thin crackers.
- Enjoy with some good dry white wine, or better yet, with a great homemade "Caipirinha"..
