My problem is that the .rar files I have downloaded for the upgrades generate a .mds file and a .mdf file. I run ImgBurn and it will allow me to make the CD, but then I can't modify the files since they are burned on the CD.

My question is how do I extract those files so that I can modify them before burning them to the CD for installation into the vehicle. (fyi I have 4-1/40 sw version right now).
