1. It doesn't have one car at a time sign posted. Do you see sign "warning one car at a time"? Not in the picture, nowhere near the building.

2. I had my friend holding the garage open button right in front of the entrance while I was entering. As I stated at least 1/3 of my car was already in the garage.
