if you have been able to make it connect and make calls using the hands-free bluetooth system (EVEN if you can't transfer your contacts) pleaes document for everyone exactly what your system (car and phone) configuration is and what you did to connect, as detailed as possible.

http://www.bmw.co.uk/bmwuk/bluetooth....html#tabletop You will see that your 'phone is not listed. I had this problem earlier this year with a Nokia. Assuming you have the pairing code from your handbook just try & try again - but be patient - the pairing process as displayed on your Satnav screen can take upwards of 5 mins.
