Nope. Found out what you need to do..

There are two connectors in the back of theTV module. A White and a Blue one. To 'reset' your module completely, remove the blue connector, then the white one. Connect the blue one back in first, then the white connector. Hey presto -- it all comes back

BTW, TV in motion cable does not work with X3 E83
