I'm on the verge of having the dension ipod installed in my X5 into glovebox, I understand for max amt of music this is the best way, main stealer quoted me £400! for the bmw system but i gather the dension is the best.

are all the dension kits for x5 16:9 nav the same.?
Should i pay the extra £50 and use my local shop in case of problems?
I dont fancy trying to tamper with the x5 dashboard myself
any thoughts? |
The Dension kits have been replaced with the DICE systems here in states. The ice>Link has a nasty bug on the NAV configurations in which the text size moves from a large to small font when text is displaying.
