By law it is ILLEGAL for a dealership to refuse service unless they can PROVE that the aftermarket component caused a failure. I.E. They cannot refuse to fix your problems unless they can prove that the aftermarket part caused it. Now, if you have your springs installed incorrectly and want them to fix the clunking, they won't do that. They also probably will not cover your shocks, because using aftermarket springs without a new set of shocks will be a little bit more stressful on your shocks.
