I'll never forget that back in the 70's when the rangers/flyers games were more like boxing matches than hockey games, the flyers would trot that old woman out to sing god bless america as their good luck charm in the Spectrum, and after they did it twice, the rangers started skating over a dozen rozes to her after she was done and pulled the hex reversal  worked like a charm LOL!
