Since you have 20" wheels, most likely you also have wider wheels/tires than your 18" wheel setup. Wider tires are more likely to hydroplane. Possibly the Toyo tread is not as good as getting rid of water....Anyhow, take it easy....it still could have been the first rain effect with the dirt/oil on the road.
