The article states:

"Yahweh preached a brand of racial and religious separatism for blacks and was accused of sending followers to kill "white devils" and bring back proof."

Such behaviour is to me not much less condemnable than being the actual killer; sounds to me all the law could get him on was racketeeting.

So this will be sort of like letting Charles Manson die with dignity.
