Have a 2001 3.0i with 58k mi and thinking of extending my warranty which expires within the month.

Just wondering about what common problems are likely to happen within the next 50k miles, so considering mine has 58k...what issues are common from 50k-100k. Also, are the common problems all covered under the warranty. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
