How does one get a job designing cars for BMW? I am 20 and haven't taken nearly enough school, but it has always been a dream of mine to design cars. Having owned two BMWs now I love this company and from this post it sounds like they would be fun and interesting to work for.

I have taken about a yeah of community college, and then stopped to work with my father fixing CNC Machines. Good money, but not my goal in life.
