Yeah, the waffles keep the rings mounted. I took out the lenses and i had to find some kind of adhesive to keep the rings in place. A whole lot of adhesive might i add. It would've been easier to use the waffle mounting but i love the clear look. Except i couldn't get the waffle out of my low beams.
