Thanks for your insight into Florida!! I'm after a house possibly 2 story Near Disney as this would suit my needs better. I'm planning on using it myself for a few weeks in summer and winter then the rest I was thinking on renting as Holiday accomidation. There is a new development just 5mins from Disney that I quite like and I'm familiar with the area having been there before.
