i've spoken with them before and they seem trustworthy. since you're in so cal, you can drive there and they'll change it for you right there. just remember that it's an exchange; you give them your rims in exchange for theirs, as long as they're straight and they haven't been repaired. i thought about doing the exchange, but don't know how chrome would look with my sterling gray.
