In Europe, BMW offered the "Professional" and "High" versions of navigation prior to the I-Drive. Were both these options available in North America too, or only professional?

The reason I ask is that the 2007-1 NA DVD I've seen does not have "High" or "Professional" stamped on it. Also, the file structure is slightly different to the European 2006-2 High DVD, so it appears that the current instructions for adding POI will not work for the 2007-1 NA edition (due to the .URL and .IDX files not being referenced in the ENG.LSC file)
