The windshield of the vehicles equipped with auto headlights has a special cutout where the read view mirror is attached to the windshild. This is the curout for the light and rain sensing wipers. The vehicles not equipped with this feature doesn;t have a special cutout or whatever they call that in the top middle part of the windscreen
