So should my friend drop $2500 on a 46" Sharp Aquos LCD TV or not? It looks fantastic and seems much sharper than comparable sized plasmas.

The Vizios are attractively priced but do not produce a very clear picture. Side by side with the Aquos the Vizio looks downright blurry.
