Man, you're a picky dude aren't you?
The "the" in front of "10" is necessary unless you have "I" in it as in "I-10". Otherwise it sounds weird to say "take 210 to 15 to 10". It's like how car companies try to personify cars by saying stuff like "Camry is the best car in its class".
On the other hand, saying "take the Interstate 210 to the Interstate 15 to the Interstate 10" is bananas. There the "the" is superfluous.
Then again, maybe we're thinking to much about this.
