Ok, first to clarify, even without those things, Nicole would be the bestest girlfriend, but she really suprised me yesterday for my birthday. First, she came up just for the evening. I know damn well what it's like to drive 2 hours after work, spend some time together, and hit the road at 5am the next day. It's hard, but worth it... think it's called l-o-v-e.
So we head to dinner at this sushi place in Tulsa. I was sad because I wanted to grab a guinness at this bar that a bunch of BMW people go to on Wednesdays and everyone was bailing. Turns out Nicole had been planning with one of the people for some time to get everyone to meet us at the restaurant. Talk about suprises... I had absolutely no clue

It was a great feeling knowing she planned all that for me.
Head back to my apt and open presents... she was all worried that I wasn't going to be happy. I kept telling her she didn't even have to give me anything as long as she was there and I would be happy. Well, she went over the top for me and picked up some e36 lightweight side molding badges which I've wanted since I got the car. Got a gift cert to Zaino, some microfiber applicators and clothes
AND a car wash assistant for the day

GIGGITY
Some new Burberry London cologne, Metallica's Cliff 'Em All DVD (Cliff is my favoritest bass player who died in 87. I had the VHS but never got the DVD... I have it now

), a sweet pair of Joe Boxer boxers with a goalie face on the front and the back saying 'The Puck Stops Here', my favoritest Dinosaur BBQ sauces AND cookbook (You NY peeps, if you don't know Dinosaur BBQ, you're missing out). To top it all off, she made me an Italian Rum cake FROM SCRATCH without ever seeing or tasting one before, and also made me a German Chocolate cake designed like the BMW Roundel
Yeah, I think I'll keep her
I love you LilBit
