I have the Verizon Treo 650 with the 1.05a upgrade but the bluetooth did not
work well, so I went to shadowmites.com and got the romtool program and two others. I made a copy of my other Treo 650 with 1.04a rom to my PC,
moved the file and then made a copy of my rom and then edited the zip file
and replace the new bluetooth ver with the older version of bluetooth and all
is well, my phone still is 1.05a but I have the old bluetooth which works with my 2005 X-5 with nav.
