UPDATE

- I've finished my modified 'Colour Set 2' with much darker browns. I've left the hightlighted colour the same bright orange with good effect. (see pics)
- The colour for the 'haze' is actually taken from the colour of the last line of the sky jpeg. I inverted a 'test' image - see attached.
- I still have no idea about the North N & arrow, text colour on the map itself...

That's the end to my modding (until someone else finds the location of the colours I can't change).

The dark brown scheme looks great at night and doesn't require me dimming the interior lights to be comfortable on the eyes. Of course when you do dim the interior lights it is very dark indeed.

Hi Paul,

Would you mind sharing the rom_col_2 & rom_col_3 modules with your really nice nighttime brown color set up with the rest of us here? I'd also like to have a nighttime color set and there's no point in me trying to reinvent the wheel since you've already done the work. The exported rom_col_2 & rom_col_3 modules would be very small in size and so they should be quite easy for you to share.

Thanks!
