I did!
Twice...not bragging, as it took some
serious resolve and recuperation over the 4 days.
I think my first hole in one, while playing with myCEO
on Friday, helped spur on one of the rassling matches.
#6 at La Quinta Dunes: Par 3, 178ish that day from
the one less than TIPS tee, and it's the #1 HDCP hole on
that track! The pro shop gang was incredulous as they only
get a couple HIOs on that hole, per year.
I hit theCEO's Callaway Bertha 13 Wood, 27 degs., blah, blah,
blah, and a cheapazz TiTech ball, that I buy for about 39cts
at WallyWorld. The "ball brand" did not care as it hit the green
nicely and rolled about 15 feet right in to a tight back right pin.
Sorry to jack your wonderment thread, but I may never get
another...hole in one, that is.
