I'm having a similar problem with my 2005 4.4 Sport. There's a noticeable dead spot at WOT off the line. My X5 hesitates or stumbles when the pedal is to the floor. I can avoid this with progressive pressure on the gas. I've read other people complain about this on the forum.

Does anyone know of a dealer fix or is this "normal"?
