The Income tax currently helps people were the cost of living is low.

I live in NYC and the cost of real estate together with local taxes cause the ATM tax to hit me.

If you lived in the Mid west the cost of living is lower and local taxes are less.

I think the Income Tax should take into account the cost of living.
