Heard about the arrests on the news. That place where the sting took place is about 10 minutes from my house. On a Saturday night, it looks like a scene from Fast and Furious except for the lack of hotties. Tons of bikes out there too.
On several different occasions on I485 (south side) I have been passed by cars racing through the traffic at 115-120+ mph. Recently, an old Z28 with a 6-71 blower came roaring by and close behind were two dudes riding wheelies on Kawasaki's. I can't imagine being on one wheel at over 100. Insane. Tried to snap a camera phone pic but they were way too fast.
The fact is, the racing won't stop, it will only move to a new spot.
Ahh, the memories....
