I think alldata just publishes TSB's from manufacturers. It is my understand that what you see on alldata, is what you get at a BMW dealership since both come from BMW.

Yet, it is my experience that dealers are too lazy to look up TSB's. And are 'surprised' when I bring them a TSB, they should have found...

Anyway, I could be wrong, so take it with 2 cents...
