Dude, they do this kind of stuff ALL the time...i cant tell you how many times i bid on something and the guy realizes he can get a higher price...usually when you see :advertised somewhere else" you aint gettin' the item if the money isnt right..reserve or not..it really pisses me off, but theres not much you can do...

i "won" another set of 132's with tyres about 6 months ago, for freakin' 800 bucks..brand new..the guy didnt know what type of wheels they were and figured he wouldnt have that many bmw customers...once workd got out...he closed the auction and sold out with no explanation...
