It's just that why would they forget to take it out if it wasn't supposed to be there in the first place? I can understand them leaving in metric data when starting from a European brochure and changing it over to a US one, but it's not like the European E70 has manual and the US one doesn't. I have not seen any references to a manual gearbox associated with the E70 so far.
