BTW....I noticed where the hatch locks into the tailgate there are two rubber bumpers on either side of the catch/lock. One of my is missing. I got the replacement but of course the dealer wanted $100 to install it. Is there a way to access the catch? I tried taking some parts off the tailgate...I guess what I need to know is how to remove the catch from the tailgate please.
