As someone said earlier, hello M5! When I priced out my 07 X5 with the options I want it was in the high 60's. That's about 10 grand more than my similarly equipped 2005 X5 4.4i. I just don't see spending $70K for an SUV. As much as I've drooled over the performance and options in the new X, I really don't see myself buying one. I'd rather pick up a previously owned 2007 M5 with a manual shifter for the same kind of money.
