The recently introduced Ipod unit from BMW and the Dension Icelink. Can some one please give me their thoughts/observations. The BMW Ipod unit is around £195 plus 1.5 hours fitting. I am not sure exactly what I need from Dension - Ice>link plus and Gateway 300? I have Nav and no DSP.

Thanks
The ice>Link Plus was discontinued here in the states and replaced with the DICE, which is a much more stable system. The DICE performs the same core functions as the ice>Link (steering wheel control, charging and text display) and allows the iPod to remain unlocked and has an integrated AUX port.

Since you have a standard system, this is the kit you would need:

Let me know if you have any further questions.
