The X5 is an excellent ride. It's a collection of subtle pieces of greatness that add up to a totally great car. It tracks the road so well that it take less effort to drive. This is hard to describe, but you show up more refreshed after a long ride in an X5 than most cars, let alone SUV's. My wife loves the X5 too. I bought her a M3 so when she borrows the X5 I don't feel so bad about the trade.
