The radio tuner is located on the left side of the lugage compartment.

The CD Changer is VERY difficult to remove. As all Range Rovers had them fitted it was not available as a retro fit. To remove the CD Changer you have to take out the dash! It's about a 3-4 hour job. In order to fit a DICE (or better still an Intravee www.Intravention.co.uk) you MUST disable or remove the CD Changer, fortunatally there is a fuse which is dedicated to it, so you can just pull the fuse and then connect up to the radio quad lock connector.

In the UK 2003 RR already has the BM54 (Europe) so I'd guess in a 2004 US Range Rover the BM53 is already installed. The only way to be sure would be to have a look!
