I assume the V600 is still working fine, correct? If so, I would suspect that there is either a problem with the V3's bluetooth configuration or even a problem with the phone itself. If possible, try getting your hands on another V3 and see if it experiences the same problem.
I tried with another V3 and it did exactly the same....I enter the passkey, it says 'PIN verified and saved' and then it says 'Seeking' and then after a minute or so it says 'Unable to connect'. I will check the V600 now. Having the bluetooth power on really eats the battery quickly on V3.
