I would recommend the DICE system over the Gateway. You are already getting a taste of what support is like if needed, this is common practice from Dension overseas. FYI - you'll see we offer most of the support for the ice>Link kits for UK buyers here on the forum, even though we did not sell to them directly.
We offer MUCH better support on our DICE products and it is a much more stable system than the Dension piece.
