Its just that you said you paired and then the phone seeks and tries to connect - it wont succeed when the ULF is in pairing mode which is only exited when you turn off and back on again.

You are right. And I also tried turning off for 60+ sec and then turning back again and I see Phone Connected? under Telephone. I have sucessfully paired V600 previously.
