Here is a doc on how to code the IKE in the E38 E39 X5

It looks like you can not set the coding, but just see it. Key coding is the process for changing the key coding of the car.

Changing th ekey coding would be a great addition to this tool.

Think about all of the cool things you could change specific to each key
