I know my wipers sometimes seem low or high. You can fix this by tightening the wiper motor. In order to do this you need to open the hood and remove the plastic cover that houses the a/c filter. You need to remove the whole plastic peice that runs across the entire engine comp. not just the filter. It sounds difficult but seriously only takes a minute. You should be able to see the motor on the driver's side. Position the wipers manually to the position you want and then tighten the bolts holding the wiper motor. That should solve your prob.
