Go to a BMW shop, if not the dealer. BMW wheel locks use a very small set of "keys" and usually good after-market shops (and dealers) will have keys in stock and can take a wheel off for you. As for getting your own key, you will have to find out first which one you need by finding a key.
A shop in my area carries a full set (almost) of BMW wheel lock keys for that exact problem. Sadly there isn't a simple "look up" table that I know of.
