Well I hope you kicked up a fuss with your dealer and BMW UK about this like I did. 4 visits to the dealer and they and BMW (via 3 PUMA cases) finally conceded that it was a bug.
I have been assured that it will be fixed. Just hope you complained as I have it on good authority that only those who complained via the dealer network will get the fix
