if you want your phone to stop pairing with the X, you have to delete the profile on your phone, not the X. Look into the bluetooth menu of your phone and there should be a "trusted device" menu, where you should find a device that has "BMW" followed by some numbers. Delete that and your phone should stop pairing with the X.
