My experiance with my CPO 2003 X5 4.4i Black 19" Rims:
front end air suspension (+, air compressor, air bag, etc.)
door lock
rear hatch adjustment
window motor (up and down)
plastic coolant tank leak (engine)
power steering leak (rack-n-pinion)

Peter Pan BMW (San Mateo CA) has been great and they really try to honor the CPO. I have about 60k miles and this go around I have to pay a $50 fee BUT each time they have given me a loaner.

Ask for Tommy and Oscar in service.
