Brian's right. Before you even consider spending $$$$ disconnect the power to the Nav computer for about 20 mins then reconnect & try it. If no good, try loading your previous OS, try the Map DVD & if it works upgrade the OS again. You have nothing to lose if you are seriously considering buying a new Mk IV.
