I too lived in NY for more than fiftheen years and have been a resident of NJ for the past 10 years, and I have to say that I cannot imagine myself moving back to NY although I work there on daily basis. Carlos, besides the cost of living that you explored, you also have to consider the quality of life, which IMO is superior living in NJ.....especially if you're raising a family. However, all said and done, this is only my opinion. Oh, the swamp thing is just a rediculous comment.
