Since my Nov 17th post I haven't missed a beat. Starts first time every time. I know Mike tried the CPS without any help. That makes me believe the DME relay has been the cause. I changed both at the same time.

The DME relay is the blue one next to the green unloader relay in the engine E-box. I'm sure sealing the box didn't hurt either.
