Don't know about San Diego, but in Irvine,
www.customcellular.com does tons of BMW Bluetooth install for all of Crevier BMW's cars. Talk to Bill (owner) and Charlie (installer)....they know me.
Custom Celluar in Irvine can do mobile install as well--Bill can send Charlie down to San Diego to do the install.
