I had Vincent at Mr. Paddleshift install the paddles on the M-Sport wheel that I bought from Macon BMW about a year ago, along w/the internal electronics. He also supplied a new switch that mounts inside the steering column, a wiring harness, and very good instructions for installation (although the pics could have been a bit better). Vincent gave me a very good deal and I'm very happy with the result, but it's a fairly expensive mod to begin with. There are quite a few options available for paddle shifters and some on the board here have simply bought the wheel, switch, and made their own wiring harness (Suresh is a good example).
