Map cooling control is referring to your electronically controlled "Map" thermostat. BMW's do not use Map sensors. You may have a faulty (stuck open or closed) thermostat for the cooling system.

Bank1 = cylinders 1-3 Bank2 = cylinders 4-6
They may both have a lean running condition so you canc heck the system for vacuum leaks and see if you find any. Use your scantool to measure your adaptation values (short term and long term fuel trim) and post that info here. It will tell you/us if the system truely is lean or if it is a faulty input from the MAF causing the faults.

The 0160 fault is most likely not an o2 voltage issue. it may be a reprogramming issue but its impossible to tell this using the generic P-code that you posted, you would need the BMW specific code in order to determine what it truely may need.
