$3,700 is probably a decent price for 100% brand new, OEM BMW parts. The big four parts (MKIV nav computer, 16:9 screen, radio, and nav harness) would probably set you back more than $4K if you bought them new from a dealer.

Most folks probably spend around $2,500 for a combination of new and used parts from eBay and BMW dealers.
